On the Principles Governing the Conduct and Representation of the Regiment
Issued for Permanent Observance
Article IV - Service
1. The Regiment exists for respectful remembrance, furthering fellowship, the preservation of history, educational purposes, and public instruction.

2. All representations, demonstrations, lectures, and engagements shall be conducted with the intention of informing the public truthfully, respectfully, and without agitation or partisan spirit.
​
3. The Regiment shall serve schools, churches, historical societies, civic bodies, and communities when called upon, insofar as its resources permit.
​
4. Members shall present history in a manner accessible to students and visitors, while maintaining the seriousness appropriate to the subject.
​
5. Service shall be rendered without vanity or self‑promotion, remembering that stewardship of the past is entrusted to the present generation.
​
6. In all outreach, the Regiment shall be marked by preparation, discipline, and respect for the communities it serves.

This Order to remain in force until duly amended or rescinded.
